In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an active Account on napi68, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform under any prior account;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of napi68 or any affiliated entity;
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Participation in online betting and gaming is not prohibited under any law or regulation applicable to you personally;
• You are of sound mind and entering these Terms voluntarily, free from coercion or undue influence.

napi68 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the napi68 Platform. The operation of duplicate, linked, or otherwise associated Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify napi68 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. napi68 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact napi68 support immediately at the email address provided in Section 14.

napi68 reserves the right to decline any Account registration application without providing a reason, and to close any existing Account at its sole discretion, subject to returning any real-money balance held in that Account to the Player via the Player's original deposit method.

All deposits and withdrawals on the napi68 Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). napi68 does not apply currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change at napi68's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of successful bank confirmation. Processing times may vary during periods of high network traffic or scheduled bank maintenance, particularly for BCA and BRI inter-bank transfers processed outside standard banking hours (generally 06:00–21:00 WIB).

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes for verified Accounts during operational hours (07:00–24:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operational window. napi68 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above a stated threshold, which may extend processing times.

napi68 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, napi68 will notify the Player in writing and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

napi68 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time of the offer and incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all napi68 promotions:

1. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full;
2. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Upon expiry, uncompleted Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation;
3. Only one bonus promotion may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
4. Certain game categories — including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live dealer games, and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms;
5. napi68 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk bet staking patterns designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine play;
6. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. napi68 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion.

All sports bets placed on the napi68 Platform are subject to the specific sport and market rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. These rules govern bet settlement, void conditions, and the treatment of abandoned or postponed events. In cases of conflict between general Platform rules and specific sport rules, the specific sport rules take precedence.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets, including Asian handicap (voor bola) markets and mix parlay accumulator bets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or altered by the Player;
• napi68 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds caused by data feed errors, pricing system failures, or human input error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in the event of a void;
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are displayed within the bet slip prior to confirmation;
• For mix parlay accumulator bets, if one leg of the accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that selection did not exist;
• Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules regarding connection disruptions and late bet acceptance. napi68 operates a "best efforts" acceptance policy for in-play bets and is not liable for bets that could not be processed due to latency or connectivity issues on the Player's end.

All casino games and slot gacor titles on the Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published within the game information panel. napi68 does not manipulate RTP in real time and does not deviate from the certified RTP published by the game provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the napi68 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other purpose;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or market, including chip-dumping in poker or table games;
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between napi68 and other platforms in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or otherwise interact with the Platform without genuine human control;
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks, using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or engaging in any other fraudulent financial activity;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of unlawful activity in any form;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with napi68;
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal Platform operation.

napi68 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in investigating suspected fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes. Player data may be disclosed to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law and the napi68 Privacy Policy.

All content on the napi68 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of napi68 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from napi68;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any automated tool to scrape, index, or harvest data from the Platform;
• Frame or embed any portion of the Platform on a third-party website or application without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or software terminates the licence granted under this clause and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

napi68 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Players. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the napi68 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

The Platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Player financial data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection standards. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players and may be activated at any time via your Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Time-Out: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent removal from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible and takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed by our support team.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, napi68 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, Platform downtime, or technical failures beyond napi68's reasonable control;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallet operators;
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds data caused by third-party data feed errors;
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, napi68's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the net real-money balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises, or Rp 5.000.000 (five million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which napi68 holds its international gaming license. The Platform is operated for and directed at Indonesian players; however, by using the Platform you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you bear sole responsibility for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with any local laws applicable to you.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of one party notifying the other in writing, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by napi68's licensing jurisdiction.

Pending resolution of any dispute, you remain bound by these Terms and must continue to comply with all obligations herein. You may not offset any disputed amount against your Account balance or initiate a payment chargeback in respect of a genuinely disputed gaming transaction while arbitration proceedings are ongoing.

napi68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered on their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required to address a security risk, regulatory requirement, or legal obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time before or immediately after the effective date.
